They are recognised by the local performing arts industry and were awarded Best Costume Award and Audience Choice Award for one of their shows.
Lightbulb Productions, an Acts Church dance ministry, leverages on their passion for dance and uses their ministry as a platform for discipleship.

Refuge For the Refugees (RFTR) is a Non-Governmental Organisation who work closely with the refugee communities, especially children, concerning their education.
World Vision is an international Christian relief, development and advocacy organisation dedicated to working with children, families and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty. They serve all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender.

TIMOTHY CHEANG, SCRIPTURE UNION
Timothy Cheang is a full-time ministry staff with Scripture Union, teaching Bible Engagement to churches as well as youth groups. He has a burden for
God’s people to encounter Him through His Word, the Bible because he believes that God personally speaks through His Word to us everyday. Through the Bible we get to personally know and encounter this awesome, majestic, gracious God who loves us, comes to us and saves us.

LEX LOW, OTHRS
After being in the hairdressing industry for over ten years, founder of OTHRS Lex Low found himself at a barricade in his career, which almost caused him to let go of it entirely. Even though he had come to own his very own salon, it could not mask the sense of mundanity and aimlessness in his career.
In search of real meaning in his work, Lex decided to make a radical move. He embarked on a soul-searching adventure by going back to basics.

Pr. Samuel Nesan serves as a Youth Pastor in Pantai Baptist Church (Petaling Jaya). He completed his Masters of Christian Studies in Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM) and publicly dialogued and debated Muslim, Buddhist, Atheist and Hindu apologists in local universities.
MICHAEL & TABITHA, LIFE GENERATION
Michael and his wife, Tabitha heads LifeGeneration, the campus youth ministry of SIBKL. They were key leaders running the street evangelism movement in Brickfields. They believe God is empowering the next generation for a great revival movement by the power of the Holy Spirit.

PR. IGNATIUS, GRACE REHAB CENTRE
Pr. Ignatius survived through extreme circumstances of 21 years in drug addiction since the age of 14. In 2003, he went through a program in a Christian rehabilitation, The Vineyard Keeper Centre, Ipoh where he accepted Christ the following year. Upon completing the two- year rehabilitative programme in 2005, he accepted God’s call to serve in the centre, providing biblical teaching and counselling support. Pr. Ignatius has been involved in drug rehabilitation ministry and support since then.
Digi Telecommunications, Malaysia
Philip is a Principal in Sustainability at Digi Telecommunications, and actively leads Digi’s ‘Empower Societies’ corporate programmes. Philip has been with Digi for 17 years, the last seven in Communications and Sustainability as an expert in the areas of cyber safety and digital citizenship, and with insights and experience in social innovation, green technologies and sustainability reporting. Philip has previously worked as a marketer in the FMCG industry before taking on several roles in Digi, including International Marketing and Regulatory Strategy.
Philip has and continues to contribute to online social issues such as digital citizenship, Cyberbullying and Cybergrooming and was awarded CyberSAFE Professional of the Year in 2012 and in 2016 by CyberSecurity Malaysia (an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation). He is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on internet safety.
With a passion to mentor a younger generation, Philip is also an elder and trainer in his local church and together with his wife; they have been mentoring youths and young adults for the past two decades. A keen board gamer and an avid reader, Philip is married with two daughters.
DR KAREN KOW
From 2002, Dr Karen has since worked in research, hospital, clinical and organisational settings. Over the years she has gathered her experiences to now provide specialised therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences.
Her main focused method of treatment is cognitive behavioural therapy allowing for client flexibility. In simple terms, she appreciates and try to understand past events and automatic behaviours but look forward and move towards future change, acceptance and growth through mental clarity, emotional stability and motivational behaviours.
Areas she currently focus on are clinical depression, stress related symptoms, general anxiety disorders, pain management, eating disorders, personal challenges due to childhood trauma or major life changes (loss of a loved one, sudden death, retirement etc), and couple and family therapy.
She is affiliated with the American Psychological Association (APA), a registered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Australian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is compliant to HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) as well as HPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
Due to her cross cultural and cross border organisational and clinical work in Singapore, United Kingdom, Europe, North America, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, she is frequently invited to give talks and conduct workshops on mental health and mental health care including and especially caring for the caregivers.
Not exempted from the harshness of life and the reality of mental health challenges, she has developed great compassion as she acknowledges the fragility of human life. Therefore she strives to understand the human beyond the clinical labels and stigma, building resilience in individuals and not only share the message of recovery and hope but to equip them with skills and techniques to thrive in the most challenging of times.

Acts Hospitality Team looks into the hospitality ministry of the church. They help make our visitors & guests experience a memorable one every weekend. They prepare beautiful & tasty morsels of food that amaze our visitors & guests. They put their heart and soul into it. It’s our way of saying, “Thank you for taking the time to visit us.” The team is often engaged for in-house big church events and they give the “wow” factor every time with their creativity and love.

Actsposure is the photography ministry of Acts Church. With a small team of photographers, we advance the vision of the House by creating and curating images, telling stories of the life and happenings of Acts Church with photography. We have a 20-strong team of passionate and enthusiastic photographers serving 9 services all around Klang Valley.
An award-winning broadcasting and media production company, The Userguide was started by two individuals in 2010. What started out as weekend projects covering weddings, two friends instantly realised that they have a touch for making films. Backed with passion to make an impact in the film community by producing good quality videos/ films, also to help train and inspire young film- makers to tell stories.
Social ActsPress is the social media ministry of Acts Church. Our goal is simple; to make the love of Jesus famous online, and to help people believe! We are passionate about content creation and are constantly innovating ways to use the digital media for the furtherance of God’s Kingdom.

MALAYSIA CENTER FOR GLOBAL MISSIONS (MCGM)
MCGM is a national body for missions in Malaysia, steering missions initiatives by collaborating with local churches to reach all peoples.
Peter Shankar is married to a lovely wife, Janet Luison, and they have two beautiful children, Schenker and Samantha.
Peter has been involved with cross-cultural missions since 1988, and since going full-time in 1999, Peter has been an advocate for Unreached People Groups, mobilizing churches to go cross-cultural, and placing cross-cultural workers in their rightful place with the right motivations, strength and gifting.
Peter has almost 20 years of experience working with cross-cultural teams (in the mission field, projects), and has a niche in member-health, mobilization and church planting.
Peter is currently the Secretary-General of the Malaysia Center for Global Missions (MCGM), the national body for missions in Malaysia (www.mcgm.org) steering national missions initiatives for collaboration, and unity in missions.
Peter also serves on global missions bodies ie. ETHNE, the official network for Unreached People Groups for the World Evangelical Alliance Mission Commission (WEA MC), and SEALink, the regional network for missions in Southeast Asia. Peter is also a Missions Associate with the WEA MC, and a Mentor for Lausanne Movement, Younger Global Leaders.
Peter Shankar has a passion in social and personality psychology, and is trained in motivational and behavioral assessments, ie personality, thinking, behavior patterns, and temperaments. Peter is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA).

Youth With a Mission (YWAM) is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups and Christians traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. They are known to send out youth into short-term missions that prepare them to serve Jesus.

Y.B. HANNAH YEOH
Hannah Yeoh is a member of Parliament for Segambut, former Speaker of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (2013-2018) and former State Assemblyman for Subang Jaya (2008-2018). She was first elected into office in the historic elections of 2008 at the age of 29. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and was a practising lawyer in Australia and Malaysia before she ventured into politics. After securing re-election in the last elections in 2013, she was elected as Speaker, making her the first female Speaker in Malaysia and currently its youngest.

A.RON discovered his passion for Emceeing at age 10. At 15, he won his first Rap Competition. At 17; a solo performance for over 2,000 people. He is now focused on creating music that will make a lasting impact.

Actstream is the worship ministry of Acts Church. Actstream strives to be on the cutting edge of what God is doing in church. Currently, this ministry serves a total of 8 service plants in Malaysia every week. There are 200 people serving in this team, consisting of choir members, musicians, singers and sound engineers. Aside from weekly ministry, Actstream is also passionate about songwriting and have launched 5 EPs to date.
DEREK TAN, TIMOZ PERCUSSIONS
Founder of Timoz Percussion (a missional business/social enterprise that makes cajons & percussion instruments), Derek Tan started out drumming on table tops in school whilst teachers were not in class. He made his first cajon in 2010 and has been playing cajons ever since… and the occasional table top or flat surface too!
Koujee is one of the most highly interactive, impromptu, and multi- element beatboxer in Malaysia.
He has collaborated in fashion shows with celebrity models,
in stage dramas, and with dancers, rappers, musicians, and singers. He has also performed internationally in Australia, Germany, China, Taiwan, and Singapore.
Koujee is also Malaysia’s pioneer beatbox instructor who trains children and adults in beatboxing. His most outstanding student, Jay Lau, became one of the Top 4 finalists in Germany’s SuperKids International Talent Competition 2016 at the age of 12. Another student, Sawyer Leong, won the championship in Malaysia’s Astro ChiChi ChaCha Kids Talent Competition 2014 at 7 years old.

Rev. Tryphena overcame same- sex attraction herself and acquired deep insights into gender identity, which have uniquely equipped her to journey with homosexual strugglers. Over the past 14 years, Tryphena has gained vast experience
in counselling both struggling individuals and families impacted by the gender issues.
